We are currently looking for a service dispatcher. The role of this position is to direct, control and monitor the activities of the company’s service technicians while maximizing opportunities and having a “flexible” mentality. Also maintaining contact with customers to meet or exceed their expectations. The dispatcher contributes to the company’s bottom line by maximizing revenue, nurturing customer relations and building a positive company image.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum one year in a similar capacity and function in a compatible industry. IT competent; good typist and proficient with phone systems.
Strong verbal and written communications. Highly organized with exceptional follow-through abilities. Developed a proven track record in customer service. Possess a positive attitude, enthusiastic and fun approach to customer service.
