Position Overview:
As an HVAC Service Field Leader, you will play a key role in directing and supervising our team of field technicians, ensuring technical excellence and adherence to Nexstar Service System. You will work closely with the Service Manager to provide leadership, training, and support, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and operational success.
Job Duties:
- Direct and supervise HVAC Field Technicians, ensuring quality service and adherence to company processes.
- Assist the Service Manager with weekly ride-alongs and hands-on coaching for technicians.
- Provide training on technical skills, safety procedures, and company protocols.
- Support technicians during operating hours and after hours as needed.
- Manage warranty issues, callbacks, and troubleshooting, keeping callbacks within KPI metrics.
- Help onboard new Field Technicians and conduct ongoing training.
- Maintain personal technical proficiency and performance in line with company KPIs.
- Assists in conducting meetings and ongoing department training initiatives.
- Collaborate with the Service Manager, technicians, and dispatch teams to ensure the department’s success.

- Quick decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to build trust and demonstrate empathy to team members and customers.
- EPA Certification
- 3 years HVAC Service experience
- Must have valid driver’s license
- Must have a clean criminal background
- Possess a positive attitude, enthusiastic and fun approach to customer service
